Weekly Challenges
Weekly challenges start the first full week of June and continue through the last day of July. Please attempt to complete every weekly challenge. The challenges will not only help your individual hockey skills, but also they will make you a better overall athlete. Please keep in mind these are in addition to lifting weights. The list of the challenges is below.

- Week 1- Shoot 250 pucks per day or 1750 total for the week
- Week 2- Bike 5 miles a day or 35 miles for the week.
- Week 3- Shoot 250 pucks per day or 1750 total for the week
- Week 4- Rollerblade 3 miles a day or 21 total for the week
- Week 5-Shoot 250 pucks per day or 1750 total for the week
- Week 6-Jump Rope 750 per day or 5250 total for the week
- Week 7- Shoot 250 pucks per day or 1750 total for the week
- Week 8- Complete sprint work out 6 of the 7 days.
